AMCOMP Annual Meeting attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. AMCOMP has contracted a room block for attendees at The Charleston Place. While AMCOMP works hard to secure a sufficient number of rooms, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available. Please plan ahead and secure your reservation as soon as possible to receive the group rate. You must be registered to attend the event in order to reserve a room.

A set number of rooms are available at the group rate until March 15, 2024, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. While AMCOMP studies past attendance trends and the needs of our members, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available. Please plan ahead and secure your reservation as soon as possible to receive the group rate. Refer to the AMCOMP 2024 Annual Meeting group rate when making your reservation with the hotel.

Please be aware the rates are subject to a $2.00 destination marketing fee plus state and local taxes.
