MEET YOUR PRESENTER
Prior to joining NAMIC, Weyhenmeyer served as the chief market conduct examiner and deputy director for the Illinois Department of Insurance, where she oversaw the 15-member internal examination staff and three external examination consultants. She was with the department for more than 10 years, during which she also served in a number of leadership roles at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Additionally, she served as president, executive committee member, and board of director for the Insurance Regulatory Examiner’s Society. Prior to her service in state government, Weyhenmeyer worked for a monoline workers’ compensation carrier in Springfield, Ill., responsible for underwriting, pricing, and management of agency relations.
Weyhenmeyer earned a dual Bachelor of Science degree in finance and insurance from the Kate School of Business at Illinois State University. She earned the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter Designation from The Institutes in 2022 as well as the designations of Accredited Insurance Examiner and Market Conduct Management from IRES.
Workers’ Compensation Reporting: A Review of 2026 Changes and What to Expect Moving Forward

This session will look back at changes in the workers’ compensation industry thus far in 2026 and look ahead at what changes may be upcoming as we move forward in the year and ahead to 2027. Attendees will learn about data reporting changes set forth by data collection organizations, updates to state jurisdictions moving to FROI/SROI 3.1, and how these changes impact the workers’ compensation reporting requirements for carriers and vendors.
MEET YOUR PRESENTER
Nicholas Guarda is currently the Associate Director of the Work Comp Solutions group at Verisk. Nicholas is responsible for carrier implementations, data analysis, and assisting carriers with questions, issues, or concerns pertaining to all products for WCIO & EDI reporting. These products consist of Unit Statistical Reporting, Policy Reporting, Indemnity Data Call, Medical Data Call, Proof of Coverage, Detailed Claim Information, and FROI/SROI reporting. Prior to joining Verisk Nicholas served several positions within the Unit Statistical Reporting department at AIG ranging from Business Analyst, Team Lead, and Supervisor.
Nicholas is designated as an Associate of Insurance Data Management (AIDM) through the IDMA organization. He serves as a member of the Education Committee for IDMA and is looking to become a member of the Executive Committee within the near future. Nicholas also obtained his Work Comp Professional designation through AMCOMP in 2021.

Several people from my company wish to view the webinar. Do all of them need to be registered?
The registration provides a single log-in for the webinar. If your staff is viewing the webinar in a single space, such as a conference room, only one registration needs to be submitted for the webinar. Alternately, if your staff will be viewing the webinars from separate computers, a separate registration must be submitted for each person. Each unique registration provides a unique log-in for the webinar.
What happens if I sign up for a webinar, but can’t attend?
